Gluten free food is far from an exact science, what works for me may not work for you, however here you find what is working for me. And, btw, feel free to comment below.
I’m happy to live in a country (Sweden) were one of our health departments does regular tests of beers to find out how my gluten they contain. In EU, since 2008, to have something labeled as gluten free, it has to contain less than 20 ppm (parts per million). In addition to the obvious beers like that are labeled gluten free the health department found that the following beer are below 20 ppm.

- Carlsberg Beer (light)
I’m eating way more candy than I should, and the following candy works for me:
